This dress is amazing and it was FREE! I got it at the Sheffield Plus Size Clothes Swap and it said a size 26 inside but I tried it on just to make sure it fit and it was PERFECT! I have had so much luck with Vintage dresses. They seem to have been made exactly for my size and shape. This dress has a little stretch to it which makes it comfortable too. There is a small hole under the armpit but I can totally live with that. This was my star item form the Swap! The print reminds me of fireworks so thought it was the perfect outfit for Bonfire Night. Be safe and enjoy the fireworks!

This dress is originally from New Look Inspire and I was very close to buying it at one point but lucky for me I snatched this up at the Sheffield Clothes Swap! It is stretch and reminds me a little of the 1970s bed spreads my Gran used to use. It has sequins all over in a repeat pattern which makes it shimmer and gives it that Mermaid feel I love. Perfect match for my Charcoal Designs Mermaid necklace that I looooove sooo much!!!

This is my slob about the house type of outfit and especially on the cold winter nights we are having. I am a huge fan of Minnie Mouse and Tartan and red so this is everything I love.
The cardi is super thick and cozy and I got it from Primark so was pretty cheap too.

I have to admit I have never tried Cowboy Boots before now and must thank Jolene @Razor_Hearts from Instagram for sharing her love of the Cowboy Boot and making me want to try them.

On my most recent Lady Date to Meadowhall we had a good look through the Yours Clothing store and I spotted their Cowboy Boot which has elastic sections to help fit fat legs! They are also in a wide fit. I have never been able to get long boots because of my fat legs but had to at least try them on. To my major surprise they fit! I had to size down which is normal for wide fit shoes. They also come in brown and I really want to get them too!

I wore them out shopping and found them to be very comfortable! No rubbing and no pinching due to the wide fit. I usually have blisters after wearing new shoes a short time so this shows how well these are made. The are real leather and a great alternative to the normal winter boot but I will have fun wearing these in summer too, Daisy Duke style with denim shorts and tartan shirt!

The Cowboy Boot is so versatile as it can be dressed up and dressed down to work with almost any outfit. I am so happy I tried these and fear they will need to be surgically removed from my feet as I will be wearing them so much!

Classy Adams

This Simply Be dress looks at first glance to be quite simple but it has silver thread running through it and makes me think of Wednesday Adams because of the dark colour and white contrast collar. The material has a tiny amount of stretch and I went for the size 24 and would say its true to size.

I am usually the girl that goes for bold prints and colours but I was drawn to this dress for its simplicity and was not disappointed. It has a classy look with edge. It has a lovely feel to it and wears great! Super comfy but keeps its shape. I can see me wearing this all year round with leggings or tights in Winter and on its own in Summer. With the silver thread it gives a fun element to it and feel dressed up and cute as hell!

Simply Be have up to 40% off right now so why not go have a look at what else they have on offer and grab yourself a bargain!

Damask Queen

Hello fashion hungry fatties! I first saw this dress on the beautiful Elena from Frivolous Mrs D at Plus North and fell in love with it. Fashion World kindly gifted me this dress to review and was super excited to get it on my body! The dress has a slight stretch which makes it comfortable and has a great fit and flare shape. The cap sleeve make it easy to wear without a cardi/bolero and it has a tulle underskirt section to make it stay poofy.

This Damask print is so lovely and in different lights it looks more black or more red/pink. I found the length perfect for me. I am 5'4" so will be shorter on you taller ladies. it has a side zip which I didn't need to use as I slipped it on. I wore it to a friends birthday meal and got lots of compliments on it and felt fabulous all night.

There is up to 40% off at Fashion World right now so head on over and
have a good look at what gems are available!

Hello you gorgeous lot! Hope you are all ready for Christmas and as excited as me. It will be our first Christmas in the house and of course with Baby! You might be able to spot the wee guy at the bottom of these pictures.

So this gorgeous eyelash knit cardi with sparkle buttons is from Primark! Yes mint green and a size 20 and just PERFECT!!!! I love eyelash knit. "It's sooooo fluffy" in my best Agnes voice (Despicable Me) and soft. I live in these cardis now.

The dress is from Killstar which is a brand I had not heard of until recently. It is quite goth/metal designs but this kawaii heart print dress with somewhat rude comments on it made me chuckle so had to have it. My Mr was not amused by the "fuck you" comment on it but thats actually the main reason I bought it! When else are you going to find a dress with that printed on it?!

Killstar is not a Plus Size brand but I ordered this dress in their largest size xxl and hoped for the best. It is tight across my bust and stretched out a lot but it is not uncomfortable and I am not bothered by the distortion caused by the stretch. I am a size 24 and my bust is very large so if you are smaller than me or have a small bust this will work for you too. It is a dress but is very short on my tiny frame of 5'4'' so obviously if you are tall it will be more of a top/tunic. I will be wearing it with leggings so length isn't an issue for me.

I love my fluffy cardis in Autumn/Winter and with my Yours Clothing Cowboy Boots this is a Winning Winter outfit for me! I can't say enough good things about these Boots! They really are the BEST! I have worn them a few times out and about and have had NO blisters, rubbing or anything which never happens with new shoes! NOTE: Boots are now reduced to £37.50!!! Hope Santa was good to you all and you are having a lovely day getting stuffed with all the yummy foods! I am at my hubbys parents house today so they can see Franklin on his First Christmas. I have been truly spoiled with gifts as I hope you all were. My outfit for today has been blogged about before HERE but I got it when I was pregnant an it was getting tight so have not been able to wear it much. Now it is a bit large at a size 26 but I love it so much I rock it anyway! The cardi is eyelash knit and sooooo fluffy and it just seemed like the perfect Christmas day outfit for me. The necklace was custom from http://www.betenoirejewellery.com/

Franklin and hubby have made my Christmas special and I look forward to next year when Franklin will be able to play and have a fun filled Christmas. Sending my love to you and your families and wishing you all nothing but the best of everything for 2014!

Ho ho hope you all had a fabulous Christmas! Boxing day is usually a day for me to go sale shopping but I have baby now so it is more of a family day plus I have done a bit of online shopping and have the Rad Fat Doncaster Shopping Trip on the 4th January so not to worry!

This dress is by Simply Be and I missed out on it but managed to get this one new from ebay! Its a size 24 and not very much stretch but I have squeezed my boobs in and it works for me. I love monochrome and this just screams fun and Beetlejuice! Which is also a win in my book.

This is my Boxing day outfit. What do you think?

I adore these fur collar coats! So cozy for the horrid winter we are just at the beginning of. Get yourself something warm and stylish that will last you a couple of years at a bargain price.

I had a jumper like the cocktail one when I was around 10 years old and wore it to death. I may just have to get this one for nostalgia reasons. Who doesn't love a lip logo?!

You can't go wrong with a bit of sparkle and how cute is the scotty dog cardi!

Love this print and would look fab with jeggings. The cutout of this one is really pretty.

Every girl needs a bit of leopard print and sparkles in her wardrobe. These two are just gorgeous!

These are something a little different to what I would normally go for but I am drawn to the shape of the first dress and just adore the unique print and placement of the second dress.

We can't have an Evans post without Clements Ribeiro! Super cute prints and motif!

This is the Star on top of the tree when it comes to Evans Sale this year! Just stunning!

I couldn't do a Fashion World post without including this fabulous dress that I blogged about HERE. It is so gorgeous and makes me feel like a million dollars!

I love the colour and shape of this dress. I comes in smaller bust size
also so you get an even better fit!

How pretty is this dress! So vintage looking and girly.

The neckline of this lace dress is lovely and it has structure with the
bonded lace rater than a thin lace.

Polka dots are always a must for me and I love this shirt but it is sadly
only available in the smaller sizes.

Contrast colour block is such a great look. I love the clean lines and with
jeans or jeggins this would rock.

I love good western shirt and with my new found love of cowboy boots this is perfect!

Loving this flower print. It is great to see it on a blaser as a statement
but fun item with a dress or jeans.

For the more understated blazer types this is perfect. the contrast trim and Prisoner homage is making me want this more!

Stripes and also the peplum is such a cute touch to this which can
be dressed up or down very easily!

These are my top picks from Fashion World! Check out the website for more great bargains!

I love this dress! It was part of the wedding dress designs but I think it can be used for any special occasion and is so simple and beautiful.

Being a shorty at 5'3'' maxi dresses have kind of passed me by but this one is beautiful.

A pretty button up dress with vintage feel to it can never be a bad thing!

This dress just screams vintage to me. Classy, classic but with a twist this dress doesn't need much in they way of accessories to impress!

Houndstooth print and monochrome are a win/win in my book!

The piping and colour of this dress plus the shape are all ticking boxes for me.

Something a little less party and more office or day dress. Check has been massive this year and I am very happy about it being Scottish! Tartan!

Looking forward to summer and this dress it just delicious with its lemon print!

I love a Poppy print! This dress is sweet and pretty for day.

Doncaster Rad Fat Shopping Trip #3

So the 3rd Rad Fat Doncaster Shopping Trip was Saturday! It was amazing as usual. A few people couldn't make it this time but there was still ten of us! I sadly did not take many photos so have stolen a few from Abbie.

Lets being at the beginning. We all met up at the train station and headed into the shopping centre Deansgate and first stop was Simply Be. Always a great stop. So many christmas sale bargains to be had and cheaper than online! I think between us all we tried on one of everything. The staff were super friendly and helpful as usual. I wish they would open a store in Sheffield! I tried on this beauty but the sleeves were a little long and I had just ordered a dress similar from Asos the day before. I did buy 2 other dresses that will be blogged about asap!

Some of my purchases! Lovely prints!
I got the Tartan bag from New Look £7 and socks 3x pairs for £4. I had a bag like this when I was at school! Sadly the New Look Inspire sale section was rubbish! I also grabbed some leggings from Primark £3 and a pair of earrings.

I have stolen the next 4 pictures from the lovely Abbie and her Instagram feed. It was The first Rad Fat outing for Abbie and she loved every minute of it and is now officially a RAD FAT!

Leah, me & Abbie

Mariska & Nancy
Mariska is Dutch and Rebs penpal and they met for the first time on Saturday!

Mwah! Check out this tshirt! Well actually it is pyjamas! I figured it was way too cute to be kept for bed so opted to wear it as an oversized tshirt by getting the larger size and if it shrinks in the wash a bit then won't matter. I got it while on the Doncaster Rad Fat Shopping Trip when we were in Your Clothing and it was only £10. I also got the nightdress version and there are also pyjama bottoms available.

It is super soft and such a great print that I teamed it with my Junk Food bag that I got for Christmas. It is by Anna Smith and available on ebay. I am also sporting my new glasses that arrived today! Yay for #glassesporn !

Ok so it is not really weather for crop tops but I have been seeing a few around recently online due to the Skorch Magazine #skorchcropshot on instagram so thought I would throw my flesh into the mix!

The top is Primark via Sheffield Clothes Swap. Boots are Yours Clothing and on sale just now! The skirt reminded me of the Domino Dollhouse one I missed out on so when this popped up on ASOS Curve I grabbed it instantly! I was not disappointed! £20 and a thick stretchy tshirt material. You could easily size down because of the elastic waist.

Plus straight hair. This does not happen often!
